Approval is subject to identity, address, rider and operational verification.

Be at least 18 years old and operate in Abuja or Lagos.

Provide a valid government-issued ID, NIN and verifiable residential address.

Hold the licence and permits required for commercial riding in your city.

Have an active delivery-platform account, delivery employment or approved business sponsor.

Provide a guarantor, emergency contact, active phone number and bank account.

Complete KYC, rider orientation and the vehicle-handling assessment.
