We collect information submitted through rider applications, fleet and investor enquiries, service requests and shop orders. This may include identity, contact, address, guarantor, operational, transaction and vehicle-use information.

How we use it

Information is used to assess eligibility, administer rentals, support vehicles, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, process orders, meet legal obligations and improve operations.

Connected vehicles

Rental and managed vehicles may generate GPS, battery, access, diagnostic and utilisation data. This information supports safety, asset recovery, maintenance, billing and fleet services.

Payments and retention

Payments are processed by approved payment providers. We retain records only for operational, legal, accounting and security needs, applying proportionate access controls.
